Picked up the EVGA 360 CLC and installed it with a pull configuration, and the fans get pretty loud and overall create more noise than my old air cooler. Looks like it's pretty much on par with the EVGA CLC 280, at max fan speeds at least (note: the max RPM is different for both). I'm not entirely sure, but from my own personal research and listening to reviews, it seems that the main difference would be the noise level. https://old.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/comments/dykxnv/cooler_evga_clc_360_400hycl36v1_allinone_360mm/, http://images10.newegg.com/uploadfilesfornewegg/rebate/SH/EVGA3MIRsNov12Nov3019jd56.pdf. The specs say this: "Fan Noise 16.0 dB(A) (MIN) - 39.9 dB(A) (MAX)"But GamersNexus said they hit 60.4 dB (in a room with a noise-floor of 26 dB)Can someone explain that to me?Is GamersNexus taking the max 39.9 dB and just adding it to the 'noise-floor,'Or is this thing basically a hairdryer and the specs are fudged? Cut another 6C off of my 9900KF switching from a clc 240, 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a great cooler and doesn't need RGB fans. Thanks!
